Buying the developers a coffee is a voluntary contribution towards the time and costs of running Who Serves. These terms apply to it, together with the terms of use.
What it is
- A voluntary gift to Kieser Group (Pty) Ltd, which builds and runs Who Serves. You receive no goods or services in return.
- It is not a donation to a charity or public benefit organisation. We cannot issue section 18A certificates, and contributions are not tax-deductible.
- Amounts range from R10 to R5000 per contribution.
No influence, ever
Contributions have no bearing on what Who Serves publishes. If we become aware that a payment is intended to influence the record, or that it comes from a political party, a candidate or an organ of state, we will refund it.
Payment
Payments are processed by PayFast (Pty) Ltd on its secure pages, under PayFast's terms. We never see your card or bank details.
Mistakes and refunds
If you paid by mistake or paid the wrong amount, email queries@whoservessa.com within 30 days with the PayFast payment reference and we will refund you.
Your information
We keep only the payment reference, amount, fees and status — not your name or email address. See the privacy policy.
